Birthday celebrations!

For my sister, Connie, and my mom (how young looking is she??!). Delicious food and some much needed adult interaction with my mom, both sisters and my aunt. Thanks to my stepdad for taking Junie to Tr@der Joes and to lunch while we had some girl time. Fun! Fun!

The Silver Lining

I now know the answer to the question: "what would be more fun on a Monday night- watching The Bachelor or cleaning up after a burst water heater. (I actually was pretty sure I knew the answer but now I am POSITIVE!!!)

Big News

Around these here parts.

Ty (our "shy" boy), and 94 other kids, tried out for the school play, Winnie the Pooh. He, and 47 other kids, made it. Then, second round auditions came and he got one of his (two) choice parts- Eeyore! As Ty can sometimes be a "glass is half empty" kind of kid, I think this part suits him just right! :)

We couldn't be prouder and can't wait for the performances in March.
